A lazy morning. Had breakfast with Horst, did some washing and trip planning. It is a rainy day and only 17 degrees. We walked the 3km to Horst's Office then off to lunch at La Bottega Italiana. Spoke with the owner Rudolfo about the photos on his wall. After a late and leisurely breakfast we headed off for another country walk. We drive through Worpswede, the Artist Village to the Neu Helgoland nature reserve. Normally it is full of ducks and bird life but not today. We had a cake break at the Melkhus (Milk House - Friesland dialect similar to Netherlands language). ... for it to pass. We drove to Teufelsmoor and Günnesmoor and walked for two hours in the nature reserve. A beautiful walk along the channel and walking path created in the swamp lands in 2012.
