Hi guys, well we have arrived at Sorrento after an uneventful if a bit tiring 2 days of travel thanks to great service from Singapore Airline, plus a few spare seats next to us. Very handy as both Steve and Greg being tall were finding the seat spacing a little cosy for their knees. The flight out of Melb was 30 min late and by the time we landed at Singapore, our 1 hour stopover had gone to about 15 minutes which we used well with a 5 ...

Here you will find the likes of Prada, Fendi, Dolce Gabbana etc. Hundreds of jewellery shops, clothing stores and of course the famous Capri Sandal shops lined the endless labyrinth of streets here. ... When I looked over the sides of the cliff, you could see
everything. On one side you could see the ocean. It was vast and blue. The other,
some more mountains, and Sorrento. The chairlift ride back down the mountain
was another 15 minutes of sitting there. When we got to the bottom, we went for
lunch. My friend Dylan and I went for lunch with the teachers. We walked around
for a bit, then ...

... and hoped a boat out to a quiet little cove and jumped in! Swimming in the Mediterranean was a blast and just way too much fun. 45 minutes seemed like 5 and before we knew it, we were back on the boat headed for the hotel.

After some relaxing and a lemoncello (Italian lemon liqueur), we headed to a local organic farm for dinner. Off the top we got a quick lesson in mozzarella making and then the kids got their hands into the mix and made some of ...
