    ... anise plant .He acquired the Royal Post Office building located in Piazza del Popolo. In few years, he completely remodeled the whole building and transformed it in one of the most beautiful Italian coffee houses and one of the most important Italian Liberty (Art Deco) building in all of Italy. We visited this cafe twice ,as it was so lovely, once in the evening and again the next day. The coffee,liquer and pastries were belissimo.

    ... than we expect, because I accurately (for once) crack the one way streets code. In many places we cycle the wrong way with impunity, but in this place the traffic is too busy. This town is large enough for immigrants to have found it, and they, and other people who are short of cash and employment seem to hang out at the station, so we stay close to the bikes and the baggage.     ... is quite steep, and Helen walks some of it. A bus load of walkers have been disgorged from a bus, and are high above us on the slopes of Mt Vettore. The view from the pass is magnificent.
