Instead we took ...

To our surprise we discovered our Scottish friends had failed to leave as they had planned and had procured further supplies of Aberdeen Angus and we were joined by the affable Jonny (22) from ...

I'm really glad I decided to leave Oaxaca early. The plan was to drive down the mountain and kick it in the little beach town of Juchitan before going to San Cristobal the next day. But after making my way down the agave and cacti strewn mountain (a stark difference from the jungle on the other side), I got into Juchitan in the early afternoon and realized it was not a place I'd want to be for a whole day/night. It was ...
