... fields. A huge number have machetes and looked pretty adept at using them. Not the sort of guys to pick an argument with. One thing is for sure, these guys work hard. Really hard. The steepness of the slopes and the general poor quality of a lot of the land means mechanised farming is just not feasible and it is all done by hand.

We are hosted by one of the local weaving families who have beautiful textiles for sale. While we are there Sabrina and Malcolm are dressed in local wedding attire and continue the husband and wife charade. It's a colourful costume for both men and women!
Lunch is a simple meal which is nice for a change but still 3 courses - we are all eating so much!

... eat salad bar / 2 soup selection plus meat. There was five cuts that one had to eat: New York, rib eye, top sirlion, beef rib eye and T bone (which they had run out of) but we could have chosen any other meat again … and if that was enough you can have some more (which I did not!).
