    Today was a quiet day compared to yesterday since my legs were a little sore from the ropes course. I walked to the Trümmelbachfälle which is a waterfall that has 10 glacier waterfalls inside the mountain of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. After my trip to the waterfall I called it a day and spent it relaxing and reading my book whilst enjoying the view from the campsite. ...

    ... Scheidegg. JJ and I had a fast run to the Mannlichen chair whilst Ruth headed for the Lager chair. JJ and I met Ruth at the lower end of the chair lift after a few minutes wait for us. We headed over to the Gummi chair and then came down the Honegg run to the Arven chair. We looped this run and chair lift a couple of times as the snow was in great condition. In fact all the runs were as good as we had seen them so skiing was great fun.

    ... a booth and walked outside and down a path to the glacier. The front of the glacier is covered in a white blanket to protect it. There are wooden planks to walk on which take you inside the glacier. You follow the path and wind your way around. It was very cold, a bit like what the inside of a fridge is like. The glacier is frozen water and has a blue tinge to it. Greg wore his sandals and socks in the snow. It was a beautiful sunny day, and not even cold. ...
