... museum in Eastern Europe - there are 65 bee keepers who manage some 5,000 hives. We opted not to visit, but instead visited the Gingerbread Museum which is in the basement of a cafe that sells gingerbread. The bakery has been in operation for over 500 years (it shut down for about 100 years in the 1700's).
