... kids were acting tired even before dinner was served, so we optimistically changed them into jammies. It was a nice thought but as soon as the food came out they were determined to have some.

During dinner, we hit some mild turbulence and all of the flight attendants had to sit down. They had to sit down for a loooooooooooong time - like a couple of hours. Since their service wasn't technically completed, they left the lights on in the cabin... ...

... raspberries wasn’t the only job on the farm that brought me peace and serenity. Weeding the vegetable garden was also surprisingly relaxing. I was consumed by the task. It involved pulling the weeds out by the roots without disturbing the hay that lay on top of the crops and then placing the weeds back on top of the hay. Laying the weeds back on the crops served the purpose of nourishing the ground, providing food for the fruits and vegetables as they grow.

Thursday we headed for a little day trip to see some works by Terragni. Since Como is so close, it was an afternoon trip, and it was awesome!
