    ... it, so they recommended a cafe further along the lakeside. 20 minutes walk later, we were sitting there, drinking our coffees and cokes, and watching the swans and ducks on the lake. A short walk further to the next ferry stop - and the heavens opened again, only this time it was torrential. Once on the ferry we could barely see the shore!

    ... it was time for gelati as we strolled the very pretty town of Bellagio. We returned to the waterline and checked out return times for the ferry before wandering further around the edge of the lake where there is a lovely boardwalk and garden.     Woke up and walked down to the waterfront to take the water taxi to Como – all proved quite easy.
