... to the ship. On the way we passed the marshes and the fishing cabins and nets. You may have seen a programme on TV where one of these was visited by some famous Italian chef and the art historian Andrew Dixon-Wright. A bunch of guys go out to the wood cabins , lower the nets , catch a few fish and then cook them and have a few drinks- sounds a good way to spend an evening!
I am pleased to report that we won the daily quiz and also our first round of Team Trivia.

... my quota for the day, I practiced restraint. Haven't done that for some time. I think that breakfast will be good in the morning if with glowing reports on TripAdvisor are correct.

We are now back in the room. Annette is cleaning up her mess from this afternoon. Her pannier bags were emptied on our arrival and cover half the floor of the room. I am just about to finish the blog, ignore and mess and go to sleep.

... using the free WiFi and it was reported to be only 30' with 70% humidity - it was a hell of a lot hotter than that. My Garmin will have the temp so will check that when I'm able to upload - we need WiFi for that.

The final water break was at 50km. We had decided that we would pull the pin after 60km today due to the heat and the time. We didn't make as good as progress as yesterday - dunno why? The cold fizzy water went down well. It was ...
