The northern part between the Casino and Summerland Complex is very expensive (you can see that by watching the cars parked outside the hotel: ferrari, maseratti, lamborghini, mercedes, maybach, cadillac, retro cars are something usual here).
The extreme north(aka Mamaia North)-the newest part of Mamaia (hotels, villas and resorts are built on every free plot) has medium prices.

Also the shower was this ultra-modern affair with a radio, LED lights, and water coming from either above, a European style shower head on a hose, massage sprayers at leg level or a fancy foot massager. All this would be really great if the shower was big enough to turn around in. When I dropped the soap, I had to stop the water, get out, then reach back in the pick it up. ...

Black sea parties on the beach
... beside the bar for 70cent beers..... The atmosphere was really relaxed and friendly, and the weather was hot!!! The camping was for free on the beach, and was fine for the most part, save for the occassional naturist poser flexing and looking around admiring the view..... We usually got burned out of the tents by 7am. ...
