We are currently in San Patricio Melaque for the second time since we have come to Mexico. After a short 5 hour drive west from Jocotepec, we have arrived and started unpacking for the winter. In Monterrey, we ran into some construction where they split the westbound lanes with the left 2 being express lanes, we went left knowing that we did not want to stop. Without us realizing when it happened, a couple of lanes of eastbound traffic were routed between the westbound lanes. Everything is different in Mexico.
