It would be wonderful to see the garden in full bloom (perhaps that means I need to come back?!) Next we board a private launch for a tour on the lake. Went for dinner at 7.30pm. Had a salad starter followed by lasagne - which was very nice! then out came the chicken course - no way was I expecting to have to eat that much!
The wine was free flowing this evening. We get to have a lie-in tomorrow - don;t have to go to breakfast until 8.30-9ish :-)

Heading off to do battle with the room key & tuck in as this was a very busy day with a lot of activity ...

Arriving at our apartment we were pleased to find we were staying in another old town. Underneath the apartment was a former horse's stall, but now looks like a concrete torture chamber similar to one that might be found at guantonamo.

We spent our days at Lake Como relaxing by the lake reading our books, swimming, drinking coffee and eating good food. Mil and I went for a run most ...

Today is our last day here before we head to Siena. Today we took a bus down to the town of Amalfi. We did some shopping and went to the beach. The ride there was a little crazy as the roads are so narrow and windy around the cliff and buses try to drive pass each other with motorcyclist squeezing between. In amalfi, we went inside this beautiful church where there was a wedding going ...
