... Perfect, we set up the camp under some gum trees that made us feel right at home, got a load of washing started and headed off to have a quick swim in the surf (which we could hear). The beach was lovely, the waves were probably about 1m at times, and the water was quite warm - but I couldn't see anyone who might have been responsible for that...

After a quick dip we headed back to the camp to cook up a feed - italian ...

... don't do it justice but you get the idea. Our first stop on the tour was Villa Carlotta which was a private villa years ago but is now government run and open to the public. I had decided to try to look as chic as I could - like those French chic freaks I remembered. But although I'd colour-co-ordinated my wardrobe to include only garments in white, black, brown or cream, it didn't quite work. I hadn't expected the temperature to be near freezing either. Having but summer wear, I froze. ...

Today is our last day here before we head to Siena. Today we took a bus down to the town of Amalfi. We did some shopping and went to the beach. The ride there was a little crazy as the roads are so narrow and windy around the cliff and buses try to drive pass each other with motorcyclist squeezing between. In amalfi, we went inside this beautiful church where there was a wedding going ...
