      ... counter, we later found out they were just there for storage reasons but hey we enjoyed them... So at the late hour of 9.30pm but after a 9hr session I exited stage right and left the boys with muted jeers of the club opens at 11pm until 4am..! Good luck boys I thought and walked back home...       ... is open at this time of year and it had more of a ‘homely’ feel than the last one and was set within a nature reserve. After setting up we headed off to check out the private beach which was only 500m from the campsite, this is when we knew that we had finally found a more traditional Spain. The coastline is beautiful with small rocky coves around every corner and wooded tracks to explore along the cliff edge, we couldn’t wait to have a proper look ...

      ... nice part’ of Vilanova (the bit that we had read about on the internet etc), but unfortunately it had few redeeming features so we headed back home and clocked up about 8 miles!!


      Needless to say we have decided to hit the road again in the hope of finding a more traditional, scenic part of Spain…..i’m sure it’s out there somewhere!!!
