... recently released Israeli soldiers, the door wouldn't open so I scraped and threw myself upon it like a paedophile at a 6 year old boy.
They didn't like this.
They caused some commotion as they searched the hostel in a drunken state.
I went to bed and dreamt of 18 year old boys.

Now, one more thing before I go.
Irish people.
They are wild, weird, surprisingly familiar and to be honest ...
... His house was taken over by the goverment in 2001and was turned into a museum. Once we left the museum we tried to find our way down to the bus station but the town was isolated we only met 2 people on the way, it was very very hard to describe. You were waiting for the tumble weed to roll past ha. It was so beautiful there a peaceful place u would like to live. A few snowflakes also fell ...
Cordoba, Central Argentina, Argentina flitterjahr... city, and it is, for lack of a sophisticated adjective, really flippin sweet. It feels a lot different than Buenos Aires, I could even tell a difference in the Spanish, and that says something. We went on a day tour in a McDonalds city-tour bus where we sat on the 2nd story and had to duck branches. More churches, more Jesuits. Again, the trip mates were kinda hard to please, which means I´m going to put more thought into ...
Cordoba, Central Argentina, Argentina bppiepkorn... are 7 Unis and all the poeple walking the streets are from 18-25 and increadibly fassionable - the weather is fantastic, it has the hefty title of the Cultural capital of South America and there are so many arts going on its crazy - so you can see why everyone likes this place! I met a couple of Aussies in my GH (the only other English speakers), we went out on the 1st night but it got to 2am and I was so tired I never made it out (how embarrasing!) Day one was spent ...
Cordoba, Argentina stubo... bar where we knew would have a big screen and settled onto a centre table for a good view of the screen. Christian obviously wasn't happy because his neck would be aching by the end of the match if he had to watch the big screen up on the wall, so we all stood up and waited for him to find a seat he was happy with before we all sat down. Of course then there was the issue of the prices because this was also a tourist or themed bar so prices would be at least 1 ...
Cordoba, Argentina frankandcharlie... artifacts. Really great little museum in a cute little town. Chavez and Castro came to visit the museum last year (June 22nd, 2006) to pay homage to their amigo. They had pictures of the even and they had their guest book signatures on display. Pretty cool. I was supposed to go today to check out some park with condors but it rained all morning so I scratched that plan. I was also thinking about going to La Cumbre ...
Cordoba, Argentina chuckonearthJust a quick one here. We headed to a couple of places that lie about an hour out of town to see a bit of scenery. The first was Cosquin which was a really small, dusty town that has joined in with South America's general supply demand issue. There is always a whole bunch of **** you don't need being sold everywhere and if there is something you do need you can't find it anywhere. In this case there is an ice cream ...
Cosquin, Argentina sauso... donkeys and horses and frogs croaking at night. So blissful that we stayed two nights. It is only the noise of unthinking humans that keeps me awake; here the "unthinking" noise-wise seems to be universal; I really do not think they notice other peoples' noise. From Londres we headed for Chilecito. Was the road lovely? Well I expect so but cannot really picture it all; the roads are definitely by far the best we have experienced since entering Latin America; even the dirt ...
Mendoza, Argentina pagesturningHola amigos, Once we heard about the Folklore Festival happening in Cosquin, only one hour outside of Cordoba, we figured that going to Cosquin would be a great escape from our boredom, the inconsiderate Israelis (see prior entry), and the heat of the city. I never looked forward to a bus ride in my entire life as much as I did the day we went to Cosquin because the mini buses (colectivo chiquito) are air conditioned. We missed our first bus at 10am after a ...
