Nothing fancy but clean, old style hotel right on the banks of Lake Como (or Lake Lecco if you are a local). Very well located on the banks of the lake opposite the city, with views over the city. Close to a number of restaurants and within walking distance of the city centre.

My biggest take from this city ...

Thanks ...
... and checked into our hostel on the hill. A great little hostel/hotel with a pool and good view of the lake. We explored the town of Lugano and walked around the lake before a couple of beers and some booking of future adventures. Sailing in Turkey is now sorted making August a very busy ...
Paris to Milan So it's farewell, adieu, au revoir, and laters au bro to Paris; and buongiorno to Milan. With a flight time of a couple of hours, we barely had time to stretch out legs in the spacious AIr France cabin before we were touching down. The view of the alps was spectacular, or it would have been, were it not so cloudy. But the tips of the mountains peaking though was excellent. (Pun and typo intended). After what seemed like ...
