... were getting up close and personal with each other. It was pretty much a gay bar and the three of us mugs just sat there like complete tools. Don't get me wrong I'm all for equality and back the yes campaign but this was not what we signed up for. Gringo Tuesday was advertised as having a plethora of birds but the week we happened to go it was the complete opposite. It couldn't have tanked any more if it tried. We left cursing Richard and the **** 'Gringo Tuesday'. Went straight to bed.

... to get into a sleep inducing position, and being the cheapest option it is most likely to have the more unpleasant/I'm going to try and steal your stuff kinda people. The full sleeper was an extra £20 so we are going to see how it works out this time on a shorter (12hour) journey. I could still do with picking up some valium or diazipam though, from what I understand it is prescription only here.

... at first but after sleeping at Lisbon the night before i figured wasn't worth it. I tried to book on line but they wouldn't let me book for that evening anymore so i figured id sort it out when i arrived.

The passport control line was long, as always it seemed that our line was going the slowest but eventually got out & of course with my dirty mo i got stopped again to have my bags checked by customs. I must have that look.

People come here to do their groceries or to hang out in one of the many snack bars. ... the day before. I have been on this trip with liminted cash and no way to get more. So I had to collect Reailes from my classmates and then pay for their share with my card. It is working out and everyone has been happy to arrange it so I would have enough. You really start getting to know everyone more so than when we are in class. Its differnet being away together like this. Time
