      ... 5 pm we were back at our hotel for a rest. This evening we walked to the outskirts of town walking along the main shopping street as we did. We had dinner at Narai Thai. I'm the last person on earth that should be a food critic, but this evening's Thai food wouldn't last a month in New York. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't horrible, just tasteless.       ... of old Brugge, and again were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the museum.

      Also on our walk we watched two bridges open, one to let larger boats move around the perimeter of central Brugge whilst heading to the sea, and the other smaller pedestrian bridge being lifted to let smaller boats move into the internal waterways -quiet fascinating.
