... so if you have a pink house it has to stay pink, or if you have a blue house it has to stay blue, etc. We went into a shop and they lady took us upstairs so we could watch another lady make the lace. This takes them sometimes days to create 1 item because each lady only does one type of stitch. It was really interesting to watch! . We arrived in Venice and took a Water Bus to the hotel... It took some getting used to find out where we were and how to navigate around town but we got it. My relatives arrived later that day and we walked around the small alley ways finding ourselves in San Marco's Square. We took in the sites and enjoyed a fine dinner with relatives sharing a few laughs... Tomorrow we plan on doing some shopping and the Gondola ...

... our school outings to the Fair for Italian and other European kids? I suspect so. We wandered to three of the Chorus churches in the morning in San Polo. The Chorus Churches area group of 16 churches in Venice that are banded together and allow you to buy one ticket for all of them rather than pay 3 euros to each to visit. We did get a pass for the churches and museums of Venice for 40 euros each, not sure we will ever use that enough but figure the money goes to the upkeep so ...

... And delicious! The day couldn't have gone more perfectly. Santa Margherita is the most beautiful place I've ever been. The people were extremely friendly, especially the wedding planners. They did everything they could to make sure their day was perfect. We ran into only 2 Americans while we were there and they happen to be from Tulsa! Very weird!
