... to Limoux. It was the night of the Marche Nocturne and we love Limoux anyway. The market itself was tat, but we had a fab meal in the square and watched all the expat Brits queuing for their fish and chips. ... reasonable here, we took one down to an information centre, which turned out to be in the Gothic Quarter (Gotic Barre). Bought 4 tickets for the touristic on/off bus for tomorrow. They are only for a day, no matter when you activate them, not 24hrs. We sat in the info cafe and sorted ourselves for the rest of the day, they advised us to go to the Poblo Village that night (NOTE TO WIKI) for the Flaminco dancers ...

Weather is dismal, blowing a gale as we leave Trebes. On to Salles sur L’Hers (N43 17.533' E1 47.233'). An Aire with two unmetered Electric points, Fresh Water and usual waste disposal. We are initially the only van there, but, we are soon joined by four French vans. A nice quiet ...

... funny watching it take off. Apparently called a Beluga Airbus as it looks like the whale. The front or tail section swing around for loading.

Well I am off to have a cool drink before we board our flight to Singapore (may even make it a g&t). We are really looking forward to arriving home. We have had a wonderful time over the past 5 weeks but we are ready to get home.

... aim is to reach Carcassonne and back again in the week which should be reasonable travelling.
Meanwhile we are enjoying this little campsite, I saw a Hoopee yesterday so we are going for a walk today to see what else we can see along the riverside.
There are many wildflowers on the campsite, blue cornflowers and other shades; cosmos brightly coloured; poppies and marigolds growing amogst the wild grasses; it's so pretty.
