    The are not many stretches of the Mediterranean coast that have not been developed but this area is still relatively unspoilt by apartment blocks and holiday villas. It is also an unusual habiat as most of the delta region is used for growing rice as they have plentiful supply of water from the Rio Ebro.     After a lazy first full day, our priority on Thursday was leaving the site to get fuel as we were down to a 40-mile reserve, so the satnav duly programmed took us out of Alcossebre to the nearest filling station. Diesel was €1.19 a litre (about 94p) so very good for the budget.
