Moscow: Our final and fascinating city
... the home of Russian Military power since the revolution in the 1920s. We visited later in the week and admired the beautiful churches and the Moscow skyline.
It had been a fairly full-on few days of sightseeing. It had begun to snow which made it feel particularly Russian but the temperature still got to us! Diving in the odd shopping mall provided some respite but it was nice to get back to the hostel.
