Today is relaxation day. We have earned a day with no hiking! Our plan today was to explore three beaches in Lipari via bus. We slept a little late, had breakfast, showered off Stromboli's ash, then looked at the map and the bus schedule. The island is superb with black volcano sand beaches, the most active volcano in the world, fishing boats perched at the water's edge and a small population of 400 people.
