We biked up to Altea old town to see the church with blue tiled roof. Beautiful from the outside but not so good inside. The surrounding streets were full of artisan shops and a few small cafe's with excellent coffee. Bikes down again and along the front for lunch but found ...

This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

The last few days have been rather mixed in both good and bad ways.

I was glad to leave the bleak wastelands of Zaragoza and head South and my spirits rose with the temperature gauge on the motorhome and got even higher when I saw the new caravan site on a wooded hillside near a picturesque hill top village of Navejas. ... land which goes around the mar menor. It was very quiet and not much was happening there but it was still a cool place with the Mediterranean sea on one side and the mar menor on the other.
