... nearest place with wifi - McDonalds (which it turns out is very expensive in Gaut! Haha). We looked up a hostel that said online it had a whole dorm full of rooms free and headed there... Turns out they had no beds free and were very rude to us about it! In the ended they offered us their floor and told us that it was dangerous to walk around and find another hostel in the dark, so we paid $7 to sleep on a mattress in the staff ...

... we settled in our rooms a bit and all joined for some cribbage since only 4 of the 7 play (so fare) we used tonight as a beginner lesson but Pete and I bet Sam and Melissa ;) Now I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep we have to be up at 6:45 tomorrow for church and we will get to see the home we are building, where VBS will be and school we are donating to. Tomorrow I will have pictures and videos to upload. Talk soon Love ...

... as Joel was making films for the organisation while I worked in the fields and took over part of a volunteer coordinator role. As a part of this we had a short trip up to a very small village that had been hit with the coffee fungus roya. We went to film the devastation and interview people affected, so while it wasn’t particularly fun it was eye opening and very moving. It certainly solidified our commitment to the cause. ...
