The second day in Playa del Carmen started with a little bit of rain. Anyhow we decided to move and get around a little bit to find a nice place for breakfast. We stopped at a restaurant La Senada with 100% vegan food. They served really delicious food; an aztek cake what was a cake built with three layers of tortilla filled with different kind of veggies, topped with a green tomato salsa. It was served with a green salad, mayan herbs and frijoles. Very good!

It was amazing!!!
At the first jump Luisa got scared and it was not because of the shark but ...
... were picked up from the station by Aude and Santiago, who kindly dropped us at our hotel, Riviera Caribe Maya, a few blocks away.
After quickly throwing our bags in our poolside room and changing into more weather appropriate shorts and t-shirts we walked down to the main strip, 5th Avenue, for drinks and a catch up.
Despite only being 6 hours time difference to UK we were feeling ...
