Finally back, after 4 years!

Apres une longue nuit dans le bus et un court repos, nous voici enfin à Monterrey. Mon ami Rony nous attendait à la gare routière pour nous amener chez lui ou nous passerons la semaine. Et quelle semaine cela fut. Il avait toute une liste d’activités, de soirées et de sites à visiter pour nous occuper. Nous souhaitions juste nous reposer et préparer le trajet que nous suivrons au Etats unis, notre prochaine et dernière escale. ...

And the highway traffic deaths are taking everyone - children, seniors, women and peace loving foreigners like myself.... Where as the drug wars are only killing bad people who deserve to be killed anyway...
It would not surprise me if the traffic accident fatalities in Mexico are higher than in the U.S.A.,
and the U.S.A. has 3 or 4 times the population of Mexico....

Well, My 30 day vacation has been messed up, but I guess it is not so bad. My grandpa called me last night, and told me to come visit because he was in the hospital. When i went to drop my things off at his house, it was a surprise party for me. I did not know what to feel. I was happy because they wanted to celebrate me birthday late, but mad that they ruined my vacation. I love Monterrey. ...
