... really knowing what it is. But, it is advertised everywhere. Like big-****in time! So, we went to a fancier restaurant and both ordered it. All I can say is "Yuck!". It's a dish with spiced rice (cumin, I think) mixed with a bunch of trash ingredients and then baked. It's like whatever they had left over, they threw into the mix - like chicken bones (aka: wings), mussels and chicken and shrimp. Truly disgusting.

... of staff around. The airport is so big that some staff get around on electric bikes or segways. Found a cosy little cafe with couches got a few hours sleep. Plenty of other people doing the same thing, felt quite pleased coming in well under budget today. Must confess did not feel quite so pleased the next morning. Woke up feeling like had slept on floor, bad BO and no shower or clean clothes. Never mind will have to wait until we get to Lisbon.
