... other opportunities to buy food before her bus. For dinner we took the opportunity to eat all the leftovers in the fridge, so we roasted the majority of a bag of carrots, fried up the remaining half of the spanish tortilla omelette thing, made up a salad with the leftover lettuce, tomato, cheese and cucumber and pretty much polished off all the food we had bought - all that was left was a jar of mayonnaise and some cheese. Yesterday morning I took the bike to the motorcycle shop and had the repair guy look at the fuel cap - he thinks he should have a replacement Monday, maybe Tuesday. It's just coming up to 10pm now, and I'm struggling to stay awake - it will take a few more days for my body clock to adjust - and I need to be well rested. Tomorrow I ride to Alicante, some one and a half hours each way, to get the luggage rack installed. It will be a good test of long distance riding on the ...

By the time we got settled in it was about 12:30am, but surprisingly we were able to get a few hours of sleep. This morning we left our makeshift dorm about 4am and make our way through London security. We were a little worried that our carry ...
