What a beautiful island--Crete
... up ( and I do mean up) to the cave opening, then down several hundred steps, then back up. The cave felt pretty good as it is almost as hot as Kansas here. We then did a city tour, and then back to the resort to swim and just enjoy the evening. Today we are doing something with sea turtles, learning Greek dances and getting a little beach time. (BIG) Dora the Explorer...
... later (all downhill mind you and what goes up must come down…) we found the Laundromat – it was closed until May. Oh great, so about turn and back up we go. Easter Sunday Greek style
*SIGH* what an excellent nights sleep, a good 12 hours! The sun was shining and the sky was clear blue so it was straight into swimmers and down to the pool as we had missed brekky (oops!). The sun was HOT, it was so nice to be lying, relaxing and soaking it up. A volley ball match was arranged and we couldn't resist.
