    ... think of him and memoralize him this way. I watched and cried with her and was very touched to be part of it for her. Personally I walked to the top of the cross and dumped some thoughts out that I needed to get rid of. Very enlightning and we both felt good until we started the 8km descent! Holy ******* the feet and legs! Tommorow we rise and shine early again to do it all ...

    ... and embassies of the world. We drove down beautiful tree-lined boulevards and saw the huge Real Madrid soccer stadium, we passed fancy shops and an even an ancient Egyptian temple that was a gift to Spain from the Egyptian government for helping redirect the Nile river...or something.
    Then we got off the bus and visited the Royal Palace built by Charles III in the 1700s. It was amazing!!! So beautiful ...

    ... fresher and so tasty. After chilling and reading on the patio we rang Rachel as it was her birthday, where has 26 years gone?     The hotel staff were attempting to help us into the hotel with our bags, but when they realized that we had an emergency, they were hugely helpful and, until our departure, did not cease to try to track down Lynne's camera bag.     ... that the stall holder went to a lot of effort to prepare our food, for only a small price. Had one last cortado at plaza chueca with the rest of the crowd enjoying the warm Sunday evening. We are going to miss espana big time.
