    ... the girls had finished the washing (which managed to shrink and stretch depending on the item). Ah well, you had to laugh, hopefully Madrid would offer the opportunity to replace some of these items.
    Dinner was a pretty low key affair and we wandered around for a bit people watching.
    It is difficult to sit outside for too long in Spain as there are still quite a lot of smokers - male and female - and sitting outside can become unbearable!

    ... 45. Taxi is supposed to be 30 Euro but was charged 36.50! The staff are lovely and we have a nice room with 2 balconies overlooking the square.
