His mother was born in the small ex-soviet republic ("you wouldn't know it" he said - "try me" was my reply) of Kyrgyzstan. He hadnt been able to buy a bus card that morning and asked if he could use mine if he paid me the cash. Of course, and we hopped on the bus to Colonia Suiza. I didn't actually see much of the area, as we promptly ...

Anyway, I digress. My mother says to me last night "you know apparently there is some big soccer match going on down there that is a really big deal". Now I get to make fun of my mother for 3 reasons. 1. We are born with this privilege in our ...

... ate beside the lake, with a bottle of wine which I'm sure improved our kayaking skills! We also finally tasted Mate which the Argentine's take around with them absolutely everywhere. It's actually not bad, it's just a strong green tea, we couldn't have left Argentina without tasting it at least once to see what all the fuss is about!
