... called to book that morning. As all of us were desperately in need of hot showers, clean clothes, internet and proper beds, we were excited to arrive. After cleaning ourselves up, we easily settled into the groovy, music-filled lounge area to catch up on what we had been missing during the prior week and to chat with fellow travelers, most of whom were on their way north from Ushuaia as well. Plus, the hire company had run out of smaller cars so we got a bigger, better car for the same price. VW golf country. So an estate car for two of us and a backpack apiece. A tad superfluous too need and I swear everyone kept looking in the back for ...

... as well. David then went to get his hair cut, and then we spent the rest of the afternoon and evening chilling out. We had left over steak from the night before for dinner, made a delicious steak sarnie and washed it down with some beer.

Our bus was leaving at 3pm so we had the morning in Bariloche and we spent it mooching about the town and chilling out in the hostel. It was good to rest after all those ...
