... it all the way to Santiago, we packed up the van once again and hit the road. Out first stop along the way was to be in San Martin de Los Andes to drop off a huge duffle bag filled with ski gear that Jonathan delivered back to us from Pittsburgh via Vegas. Carrying it around with us in the van had been great since we ended up wearing ski gear to stay warm way down south in Tierra del Fuego, but there was no way we could carry this monstrosity by hand for the next ...

San Carlos De Bariloche sits by the side of a large lake in the heart of the Argentinean Lake District. The town has a really touristy feel to it but at this time of year (autumn) it was pretty empty, with some places even shutting down until the winter ski season. Whilst traveling South down through the continent most people ...

... as well. David then went to get his hair cut, and then we spent the rest of the afternoon and evening chilling out. We had left over steak from the night before for dinner, made a delicious steak sarnie and washed it down with some beer.

Our bus was leaving at 3pm so we had the morning in Bariloche and we spent it mooching about the town and chilling out in the hostel. It was good to rest after all those ...
