One would think it’d be a no-brainer to support this activity. But you’d also think it’s a no-brainer to have a convenient bag recheck belt for connecting passengers at a nation’s largest international airport. Not so for both concepts here in Argentina.

We had originally planned to take a bus from Mendoza to Bariloche but this wasn´t possiblt dueto a strike so arrived by plane instead.

... the infamous ‘Route 40’ in Patagonia! The drivers only drive during the day so it is a 2 day journey with 2 nights accommodation included! My laptop will definitely earn its worth in the next few days and I have enough movies and other stuff to keep me entertained for a long time!

Next stop is El Chalten, followed by El Calafate and then on to Chile to visit Puerto Natales and Torres Del Paine!

At least my legs will get a nice 2 day rest!
