... unreal, sun is fierce and not a breath of wind. Afternoons on the balcony are the order of the day, listening to all the birds shouting at each other and arguing over bread dropped on the floor at the cafe by the lake.
Only downside is having to wait until 7 till the restaurants open. Not easy for two gluttons like us. Had a rubbish meal first night too which is enough to put us in a bad mood for about a week. Italy almost done. ...

This is a simple hotel, with simple rooms, with a simple breakfast, that will do job.
If you want a pool, a breakfast with 3 miles and a runaway to put the car...this is not what you are looking for.

... was uphill (sometimes rather steep) – and Carolyn thanks Katie and Susan at The Villages Pulmonary Rehab for her ability to climb and not quit!! We finally reached the top and the views further took our breath away (as if the climb hadn’t done so already). The top of the promontory is about 600 feet above the lake – and we felt each of those 600 feet, but it was well worth the climb.

... odd. They did have a few stores that sold lovely silk scarves which mum rather liked and purchased herself 2. We bumped into Bronaugh and decided we'd all have some lunch. We enjoyed a delicious panini for lunch and a scrumptious gelato! I had Nutella gelato. So italian! Sooooo delicious!!! It was early afternoon and we headed towards the dock and bumped into Ellan.
