A detour to Sparta (Sparti)
... oil was also used to make soap, perfume and for oil burners. Olive oil for oil burners was very expensive so they weren’t used frequently. Now days as we already know olive oil is the base of all Greek cooking and I am sure we have consumed a lot of it.

Relaxing trip to Agios Andreas
... to Athens where we had a short wait for our flight to Heathrow. To end our vacation with a bang and to celebrate Haylee's fifth birthday we though we would do something a little different. We plan to return to Pylos and go on a boat tour of the gorgeous bay we love so much. But before I tell you about our day I must fill you in on my night.
