Here once again they agreed that we should not have paid and assured us that the paperwork would be destroyed. On leaving the town we headed towards the entrance to the National Park , but again we knew it would be too far and so have parked up in another Posto or garage service station(S28.14.44.88 W58.42.13.82)

... I could of slept anywhere. Next morning decided to change bolt on the suspension and get some new bearings which the locals helped me getting the parts from various shops around town. Left town at 5.00pm and headed to Corrientes to try and make up for lost time, Corrientes lies on the Parana River which I'm following upto Iguazu Falls, another nice place with boardwalks along the riverfront with casino and nice hotels.

... isn´t much to do in corrientes, so we wandered around a little. gaston is a manager at his brother´s restaurant. he was actually working nights while we were there, so we didn´t get to see much of him. that was a little sad, but it was still nice to see him. we only stayed over 1 night and the next day took a midnight bus to iguazu falls.

... man for his birthday and while there we saw some rotten old guy, clearly with no shame, blatantly downloading porn movies and watching them. We almost had to stay another night too due to the minor difficulties we suffer in the time management department. Our bus leaves the bus terminal at 9. Our plan goes thusly: wake up at 7:30, spend 15mins packing, take five minutes to the supermarket, spend five minutes getting some food to eat on the bus ...

... wildlife cameras. They were using cans of tuna to attract carnivores. I also turned twenty here! Ignacio (he's from Spain, with the lisp accent and all), Mario, Yamil, Luis, and Sonia serenaded me with a 7AM rendition of feliz cumpleanos. Sonia gave me some chocolate--yummy! I even had a cake at lunch! It was a splendid birthday. After spending a week at Corrientes, I headed up to Iguazu!

... we are here and it is quite a nice town. We were able to get our bits and pieces done and have decided to rent a rental car for the day and drive up to Iguzu tomorrow. Its only a 5 hour drive if we went direct, but there are lots of nice stops along the way and we have the car for 24hours so we will make the most of it. The travel agency had not organized our 1.5 hr transfer to Ituzaingo and the poor guy was meet at 7.30am by two sleepy backpackers who hadn't got a word of Spanish. Not surprising he hadn't a word of English and we learned the value of sign language! We eventually got the correct bus, but upon arrival discovered that the travel agency (yes he to be blamed again) never organized our pick up ...
