Dolphin swimming with Seeq 'n Helca
... series of noisy blows from his blow hole. When we joined hands in a circle, Seeq raced at top speed around us, circling very quickly a number of times. It was amazing to feel the water push against us and to see his speed as he cut through the water. Then we were directed to line up shoulder to shoulder, and at the whistle of the trainer, Seeq jumped high out of the water over us, and back into the water. It all happened so quickly!!

Uzies & drug sniffing dogs

Apparently for once, I can pass go and not have to wait to collect my bag after it's been checked! Paid 20 pesos for the waiting collectivo and waited to see who had the bag that the dog woofed at and was being held. On the road to Belize
... practise for the backpacking adventure that Carrie and I hope to take sometime soon. I did a walk around the touristy 5th Ave where street vendors are always calling out nonstop however, I discovered the secret to avoidance, wear a backpack as it tends to scream frugality or perhaps poverty. Not one of them spoke to me....ah bliss! The evening rounded out with me buying 3 beef tacos from a roadside stand.
