... It had a stocked mini bar, flat screen tv, with a number of English speaking cable channels that came in crystal clear. (You would surprised how un-often that actually happens). ... bullfrogs are busy chattering all around you adding to the atmosphere. I would not have thought that the atmosphere could be topped, but the food and service did just that. Several waiters are constantly busy doting on you to make sure that you have everything you require. They are there just when you need them, but are unobtrusive at the same time. I still can't believe that I managed to convince Dave to come to Punta Cana. It's not his type of place, to say the least. Between the beaches, buffets and sunburns, it was quite a culture shock for my boyfriend. He thought that we'd only see poverty, and while there certainly were some sad moments, he seemed shocked that this beautiful country's citizens were happy.

... They gave me hope in finding a true love one day.

She was going to offer to let us stay in their spare bedroom instead of the hostel, but we declined because we didn't want to impose. She then let Tarvo use her computer to find out where his hotel was, and offered to drive us all there so long as we gave her some money for gas.
