The drive was supposed to be 2 hours to Jaco so including our detour and then retracing and side trips and whatnot after closer to 3 hours we finally arrived in Jaco!! We stopped to eat at a restaurant called Jaco Taco which was a Mexican food place. They had a Gator sign and an American flag hanging from the outside and we thought that was pretty cool. Ja, en masse spørgsmål, ikke mange svar og alt, alt for mange ord, men hvis man ikke fylde sin blog med de tanker der kommer til en, når man sidder i en hængekøje i 35 graders varme og spiser ananas man selv har gravet op, hvad kan man så fylde den med? The Transition
... so I was free to go.
They conveniently forgot I had been to Panama as well, which I did see on the list...
Getting to my hostel proved to be very easy.
I got there, had a shower and went on the internet. I found I had indeed not existed the tuesday.
I was very strange and I had to ask several people what day and time we were :P
The first couple of days I was in Melbourne I had a hard time adjusting, so I don't think I enjoyed it ...
Back to the Beach!
... can you guess what else? Yes, snakes too. Also, we saw frogs and also a monkey. Sydney and Miranda loved it. We got to touch and or hold some of the animals. Not the snakes though!

Power is back on!
... afternoon some of the roads were reopened. We walked into town with Patrick, our neighbor who is staying in another house on the property. We had lunch at a soda, which is a fast food Costa Rican restaurant. I think we'll pass on these in the future.
It pretty much rained all day... but we found a fun place for kids where the locals hang out, ride bikes and skateboard at the town center... there aren't any playgrounds ...
