... tourists. It is straight country out here. There is not much here but old farm houses and they like their privacy. They put no parking signs everywhere within 100 feet of their farms. It is very hard to find parking here and some cars were backed up for 20-30 minutes just to park at these fields. Unfortunately the owner's of the farms won't open up more area for parking because that would take away from their farm land. I had ...

... that is the mountain we climbed, Sourdough Mountain. You climb 5900 feet in 5 miles! But every second of it was worth it once we were at the top, the views were so spectacular and we were on top of a glacier! Axel was running around playing in the snow, he just loved it! Not sure where he found that energy after that climb though. It took us about 6 hours round trip and I think my legs felt that hike for about four days afterward!
