No notes, just that Refugio Berthone was at the top of a huge climb out of Courmayer. stopped for ice cream in town &a look around. Deb had convinced us we were staying in a hotel in town, so much disappointment . Earlier in the day we'd lunched in a ski village above Courmayer.
