    ... at the Chappel Bridge then see if she was still alive by the time she got to the second wooden bridge. If she was, it was obviously witchcraft so they'd burn her instead. If she was dead, she was obviously innocent since she'd gone to heaven. The "science" behind this logic went that water is pure, so if the accused is pure the water will accept her (I.e. she'll drown), but if she is evil then the water rejects her - so she's a witch! Great justice ...

    ... For me, it was important to get back down so I could visit the city itself. It was fairly easy to navigate my way from Zurich HB to the lake. Once you figure out where you exit the station, you walk towards the river and then you basically turn right and walk down. But there are a lot of things to see along the way that are not to be missed.     Dined at Opus restaurant overlooking the Reuss River in Old Town. A beautiful setting and lovely meal in spite of major weather! We experienced thunder, lightning, and torrential rain while staying dry under the awning. Luckily the storm subsided by the time we finished our meal.
    Pleasant stay in the picturesque Swiss town.

    ... We didn't get a chance to go up and explore in the castle due to time restraints, but it was still a joy to see from the ground up. My pictures I took didn't turn out so well but I suggest googling it to see what it looks like...especially during the winter! It was a great drive there and can't go wrong with the scenery.
    I was able to go to another look out point in Germany...somewhere I can't remember where...but ...
