Started our morning off with a tour along the Dieppe beach. The beach is not at all what I thought it would be - no sand - large rocks form the beachfront area. It's not really easy to walk on either. The Dieppe memorial to Canadians is very close to the beach. It is also directly below a very large castle built in 1440. Built for the King at the time. ... I was on the beach today I layed out, meditated, and listened to some awesome jams and I even got a little alone time.

After the beach, I came home and showered then headed to the pub for the USA match!! Although we didn't win, we still came in second place so we get to advance to the next round. After the game we came home and had curry for dinner and then Frank and I talked about the influence of technology ...
