    This morning we arrived in the seaside town of Katakolo, Greece. Once on the shore we negotiated with a taxi driver to take is to Ancient Olympia - the birthplace of the Olympic Games. The the ruins were interesting to walk around, particularly the stadium where the foot races were held. Afterwards we split into our own groups to explore the small town.     ... all of our Navagio tour. On our return rout, we stopped by the Blue caves, which was a nice thing to see. We went in one of the caves. All together, very interesting. We stopped at one more wild beach to take a dip in the water and swim a little. We were still unhappy for missing Navagio, but we made the best out if it.     Today was a relaxing day with a visit to old town Zante. We learnt something about Zante's history and all the earthquakes that nearly destroyed this town. We firstly arrived at Solomosos square where we admired several historical buildings that survived the earthquakes, and were restored later such as church of Saint Nikolaos and the Town hall, and Dionisios Solomos statue in the center of the square.
