... town of Chora. We missed the stop at the top and ended up at the next bay which was full of young people (true to the island's reputation). We had to get the bus back again and this time got off at the right place. Rounding the first corner, we bumped into Colin, Nick and Heather having a beer. ... I had the Maltesers while they had another concoction. After my first gulp I knew I was in **** creek as these shots were so thick I had to chew them down my mouth, they hung around and wouldn’t go down and the pungent vodka taste was still prominent in the thick mixture. With a few hours of daylight still remaining, we gathered our towels and drove to the very southern end of the island- Faros, where a lighthouse adorns the rocky tip. It is very high and we had to park the car and walk up a dirt path to the top where large boulders lay in front of the lighthouse. The view ...

... beautiful place also, with a lot of shopping, gorgeous views, and incredible villas and hotels. We stopped and ate lunch at a restaurant overlooking the water on the side of a cliff, unfortunately they did not have Red Donkey or Yellow Donkey Beer, which is a beer found only in Santorini where the brewery is and they do not export off the island. We had hoped to find a place to buy some and take it home but we had no luck, I guess we have to wait till next time! After, lunch ...
