    On last years trip we meet a gentleman in Lurcene who told us about a walk you could do along the side of a mountain outside Sion. We tried to find it last year but failed. This year we found it and it is today's challenge. We have breakfast at 8.00am which was the typical Swiss style contential breakfast but with fresh cooked eggs. All very nice.     ... of beers and wines and take in the magnificent views. Dinner is at 7.30 so back to the room to get ready. Dinner is served outside on the verandah overlooking the Swiss Alps. It is a set 3 course menu which costs 56 franks each. We start with a salad with ricotta cheese. Andrew completed an epic hiking journey from Chevenoz up over several mountain passes reaching staggering heights up above where we stopped for lunch and beyond.
