So, we eventually arrived into one side of Lima at 6pm, and after an awful 2.5 hour crawl through traffic, arrived at the bus depot on the other side of town at 8.30pm. A taxi took us to our hostel, thankfully not the dump we stayed at last time we stayed in the capital. ... market food is "arroz y cubano or arroz y quevo" its food hot and cheap :) - No Drinks- unless they're bottled, sorry you don't want to try the lemonade etc the meat is ok, but going vegeterian is also good- *the back of markets have these "restaurant areas" with meals and menu prices posted- if the locals are eating it its probably good.- if you see only foreigners in a restaurant probably don't eat it :/ ...
