... a what appears to be the poshest hotel that we have been in and 3 nights cost less than one night when we were in Russia. We have about 3 people serving us drinks, one to carry, one to pour and the other to change the ashtray! Think will eat and drink in hotel tonight as a) we have no Indonesian money and b) although hotels are usually expensive this is 2 thirds cheaper that any hotel we've stayed ...

determined that everyone was either in the electronics, pharmaceuticals,
