Cinderella and her Prince Charming went to the Ball at the Palace Saturday night. Wow, what a cultural experience. We are in high "Ball Season" here in Vienna, in a country that takes its balls very seriously. The IAEA Staff Association Ball was just one of eight balls on the calendar Saturday night alone. There are balls every weekend until they start slacking off toward the end of March.

A quick couple of minutes investigating the stops we needed. All worked fine and in actual fact we have never had too much trouble with any city's public transport. ... in Vienna are beautiful. Blonde hair, tall, and thin. Some of them are so beautiful that you can't help but stare. The women seem to be more diverse than the men in looks. Clothing stored are everywhere and so are small food markets. This is a very livable city. I don't know how old the average buildings are but it feels like there is an attention to architectural style throughout the city. I didn't notice many homeless or trash in the streets. Overall, it is a well kept, livable ...
