... I walked over to a local grocery store and marvelled at all of the unfamiliar brands and new products. At the checkout I 'pretended' to be Slovenian by using what few words I knew, guessing what was being said to me in Slovenian and responding accordingly with body language and simple sounds of affirmation or denial. It was pretty funny and I think I got away with it! In the evening we all went for some pretty delicious pizza at a place in town before calling it a day.

... Centre and also got Sarah in a Cable Car up the mountain, she took a bit of time to get on it but did so although she didn't take in many of the views up or down....

There aren't many outstanding features around the town but as said before the views make up for this, maybe we didn't find everything, its a lovely place and would recommend a visit..

Well that was a bit of an adventure! I was put on a lorry and taken to the next village. It was all bit odd but the man was very kind and found the problem. I am feeling much better again.

... attached to every lamppost: a relic of long gone communist days. Mind you, one village had its sound system functioning, belting out improving music to the local inhabitants. Had noone told this village that communism was long gone? They had better not try that in Selly Oak.
