... we walked along the canal back to the hostel, where we checked in to only one of the two person rooms, brought up our luggage from the storage room, charged our phones, and repacked our bags in a more efficient way from the chaos of earlier. ... so I walked towards the train station and there I saw the bus but at a different bus stop. I ran for the bus only to find out that it was just sitting there at the terminus of the line not letting passengers in for another 20 minutes. I found out that the route had been altered to avoid the area I was waiting in because of road works or something. I could probably have figured this out if I had data. ... in the centre of the river and about half of it is taken up by museums. I decided to visit the Pergamon museum and was more impressed that I expected to be. The Pergamon alter (which is where the museum gets it's name) is very impressive. When I walked into the room that houses it I actually exclaimed wow. It's giant.
