Weather was cold and wet, on and off, so we bought an umbrella and a coat for Andrew as we had not packed for Winter weather. We then walked to the Rijks museum. We found it very interesting but it took us ages to see everything so had to stop for a coffee halfway through. Later went for a walk down to the canal and bought a 24hour pass.
