... park in the wrong place, or over the meter time limit a tow truck will take your car away.  This is the equivelant for Bicyles over parked.  But since their are no meters or meter maids marking tires I do not understand how they know which bikes need to be jailed.. ... easy enough. Wrong. This is the part where I tell you I'm rather incompetent at riding a two wheeler, somewhat of an expert at the excercycle though.
