... are trams running through the city. They are very quiet, and they come from the wrong direction, of course. Besides that, the footpaths and streets have cobblestones, and there is no kerb to define where the footpath ends and the street begins! So it's very easy to stray onto the road, and the first you know is when the tram dings it's bell and scares the wits out of you. However, Wok says there's a photo around ...

... on the ruins of a 10th century basilica that was excavated in the 1950's It is open to the public to go down and explore it is pretty cool.

That was it for us for this day, a lot of travel and I still have no belt. Enjoy the pictures I am attaching. Tomorrow we are traveling to Ghent to see that city spend the night there and head on to Heidelberg on Saturday.

... ended up escorting me to the hostel! He spoke Dutch so we walked in nearly silence but he made my day. He went completely out of his way to make sure I got there. ... I'm sure, with the right companions - traveling in groups could be fun. I have seen 3 groups of ladies today ... That seem to be on girls trips. And for a minute I was jealous. But now at dinner - there is a group of 5 women - all clearly from Georgia or Alabama. (I know this by the thick southern bell accent - and one said "Dorothy went to Atlanta".) And they are talking about their husbands ... In 20 minutes ... I haven't heard ...
